This role supports supplier billing, payment application, and promotional administration and requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and collaboration. The position offers variety in daily responsibilities and crosstraining opportunities within the AR team. Key Responsibilities Create and send supplier invoices and billbacks Apply and clear supplier electronic payments Process AR adjustments Manage supplier price promotions through an online portal Research and resolve billing discrepancies Provide backup support for other billing and AR tasks Qualifications 12+ years of AR, billing, or accounting experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Timing is everything.
