Work Arrangement: Remote to start as they get the new office set up. Transition to Hybrid (No set days in office/ come in as needed to meet with clients- use good communication) Job Duties: Preparation on complex returns with minimal supervision and review Review of Intern and Staff Returns Developing Client Relationships Tax Planning Qualifications: CPA Eligible Bachelors in Accounting 3+ Years of experience in Public Accounting Compensation: $80-110K (Can be higher for the right individual) FAB: Medical Insurance covered 100% by the firm for the employee Dental & Vision Insurance Unlimited PTO (Encouraged to use it) 401k w/ 3% Match Profit Sharing (Around 7% each year) HSA Contribution of $75/ MONTH ST Disability- 100% paid by the firm Life Insurance- 100% Paid by the firm Maternity & Paternity leave Very flexible/ laid back firm (Quality over Quantity) Reduced Busy season hours Bonus & Incentive Opportunities Quick promotion to Tax Manager after completing CPA Mentorship Program Reduced hours to allow time to study and take the CPA CPA study materials & exam reimbursement If you would like to further discuss any of these opportunities let's connect.
