Are you an experienced Tax accountant with 5 years of experience preparing corporate and personal tax returns from start to finish with no guidance necessary? Are looking for an opportunity that challenges and stretches you? Do you enjoy direct client interaction and serving your customers with excellence? Must have extensive knowledge of tax law and ability to think outside the box. Your Work: Prepare individual, trust, partnership, corporate, and S-corp tax returns Cultivate an understanding of tax regulations to serve clients and team members Provide excellent client service and quality work with absolute integrity and professionalism to deliver the "Wow!" factor to clients Develop a strong research acumen on tax issues to recommend strategies, complete specialized tasks, and become a trusted advisor to clients Work on confidential client matters meeting challenging, yet fulfilling, requirements and deadlines-Build strong team relationships and satisfy other functions as needs arise Requirements: Five plus years of individual and corporate income tax preparation Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to interact effectively at all levels Experience with Thomson Reuters software - UltraTax, Fixed Assets, Accounting CS, and File Cabinet Ability to work as a team and exhibit a positive personality Strong skills in tax research and writing preferred Multi-state taxation a plus Strong experience in Excel Extensive experience with QuickBooks ONLINE Benefit Conditions: Waiting period may apply Only full-time employees eligible This Company Describes Its Culture as: Detail-oriented -- quality and precision-focused Innovative -- innovative and risk-taking Outcome-oriented -- results-focused with strong performance culture People-oriented -- supportive and fairness-focused
