Accounts Receivable Specialist Type of Employment: Direct Hire, Full Time, Fully Onsite Compensation: $28-$30 an hour Location: Woodburn, OR Exciting opportunity available for an Accounts Receivable position! LHH has formed a partnership with a company located near Woodburn, OR which is actively seeking an AR Specialist to join their team on a direct hire basis. Responsibilities for this position include: Handling collections for business-to-business transactions Managing the invoicing process and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments Following up on overdue accounts Resolving any discrepancies or inquiries related to invoices. To be a suitable candidate, you must have: 5+ years of accounts receivable experience. A BA or AA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Strong customer service abilities Proficiency in multitasking Prior experience with cash posting and cash applications.
