Back To Results Bookkeeper/Office Manager Job Description Our client, located in the Asheville, NC area, is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Manager with at least three years in a manufacturing environment. This is a full-time, salaried position that reports directly to the company President. Responsibilities Financial statement and financial processing accuracy Ensure accuracy of all financial statements Maintain general ledger Enter payables and receivables Monitor banking transactions Oversee payroll and produce all payroll reporting Complete and file all tax reporting for the company Complete and file workers comp Ensure accuracy of all ERP transactions that impact financials Track and ensure accuracy of fixed assets Business Protection Produce cash & expense forecasting as needed Monitor and maintain internal controls Reconcile customer POs to billings Contemporaneously document all meaningful transactions Match insurance coverage to business need Requirements 5 years' accounting experience Proven knowledge of General Accounting Principles Deep knowledge of Quickbooks Software.
