Full-cycle accounts payable, coding to multiple office locations, ensuring vendors are paid accurately and on time. Full cycle accounts receivable, invoicing for multiple offices, posting payments and researching billing issues. Perform cash reconciliations and manage bank deposits. monthly reconciliations and journal entries What Makes You a Fit You have three years of experience in accounting and working with the GL. Bachelors degree preferred You love reconciling accounts and finding answers in the details. Deadlines motivate you. Youre organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple offices or entities.
