Ce dont vous serez responsable
En tant que vice-president, comptabilite et administration des fonds, vous devrez :
gerer une equipe croissante de professionnels des services financiers lors de la production et de la prestation de services comptables et administratifs pour un ou plusieurs clients de placements non traditionnels
etre principalement responsable de laffectation des revenus aux investisseurs, de la determination des frais de gestion et dincitation conformement aux dispositions en cascade et du traitement des evenements de capitaux tels que les appels de capitaux et les distributions
etre responsable de la comptabilite du portefeuille et des fonds pour de nombreux fonds, y compris de lexamen et de lapprobation des rapports mensuels ou trimestriels sur la valeur liquidative
diriger lintegration des fonds existants des clients et le lancement de nouveaux fonds
demontrer un engagement indefectible envers la satisfaction du client
assurer le respect des politiques et procedures internes, et le respect des reglementations externes en vigueur
concevoir et promouvoir des solutions technologiques pour repondre aux exigences complexes des clients en matiere de rapports et de donnees
cerner de facon proactive les occasions de vente croisee et y participer
participer a des groupes de travail strategiques au sein de lorganisation pour ameliorer les processus et notre modele operationnel
recruter, embaucher, former, motiver et perfectionner le personnel pour quil realise son plein potentiel

Capacite davoir du succes et de fonctionner dans un environnement soumis a des echeances serrees
La qualification CPA est un atout, mais non obligatoire
Experience avec Investran ou Geneva preferable, mais non obligatoire
Une solide capacite ecrite et orale en anglais est obligatoire pour couvrir tout client international.

Our PE team delivers customized service solutions for investment funds that have closed end structures and a variety of portfolio investments. This opportunity uniquely offers candidates the opportunity to service hybrid hedge and private equity products for industry leading asset managers. The PE NAV role is the hub in the delivery of administrative services. What you will be responsible for
As Fund Accounting & Administration, VP you will:
Manage a growing team of financial services professionals in the production and delivery of accounting and administrative services for one or more alternative investment client relationships.
Primarily responsible for the allocation of income to investors, determination of management and incentive fees in accordance with the waterfall provisions, and processing capital events such as capital calls and distributions.
Responsible for the portfolio and fund level accounting for numerous funds including the review and approval of monthly or quarterly net asset value reporting.
Lead the onboarding of existing client funds and the launch of new funds.
Demonstrate an unrelenting commitment to client satisfaction.
Ensure adherence with internal policies and procedures and compliance with external governing regulations.
Design and champion technology solutions to address the complex reporting and data requirements of clients.
Proactively identify and participate in cross-sell opportunities.
Participate in strategic working groups within the organization to improve processes and our operating model.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
At least 10 years of Private Equity experience
Experience with alternative investment asset classes, complex fund structures and fee calculations desired.
Highly effective communication and management skills
Ability to thrive and function in a high-pressure deadline driven environment.
CPA qualification is favorable but not required.
Experience with Investran or Geneva favorable but not required.
Strong English written and spoken ability is mandatory to cover international client.
