Accounting Operations Manager Location: Fully Remote (Must be based in the Indianapolis area) Salary: $150,000 $200,000+ (flexible for top candidates) Bonus: Negotiable Schedule: Remote with occasional in-person meetings a few times per year About the Opportunity A growing investment-focused organization is seeking an Accounting Operations Manager to oversee and build out its accounting infrastructure. This is a highly visible, hands-on role supporting a multi-entity / family office-style environment with a focus on process improvement, financial oversight, and operational excellence. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the accounting function , working on complex financial structures, and implementing scalable processes in a dynamic environment.
