Location : Weston, FL 33331 (Hybrid). The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be a temporary position to aid and assist the Collections Department with general duties including, but not limited to, phone calls, data entry, and administrative tasks. Job Responsibilities: Contact existing customers via email or phone who are remitting checks to the corporate office instead of the lock box. Contact existing customers via email or phone to inform them about bank change, fill out applicable forms as needed/requested by the customers. Handle incoming/undelivered mail. Contact customers to try to change correspondence preferences to e-mail and update the system accordingly. Otherwise, verify and correct mailing addresses in the systems with the appropriate documentation. Contact existing customers with returned emails to obtain correct e-mail address for proper delivery of invoices and statements. Update corresponding system with correct information. Other administrative tasks as requested. Provide collection support on an ad hock basis. Skills: Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Customer Service Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Bilingual required (Spanish & English) Basic Microsoft Excel skills required Education/Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of related work experience. Experience working with high-volume transactions in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable principles and terminology
