Now Hiring: Seasonal Payroll Administrator Sanger, CA
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented *seasonal* Payroll Administrator to join our team in Sanger, CA. This position plays a vital role in supporting payroll operations and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. Position Overview:
The Payroll Administrator is responsible for supporting the Payroll Manager with day-to-day payroll tasks, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely processing of payroll for multiple sites.
Schedule: Monday Friday | 8: 00 AM 5: 00 PM, occasional overtime
Pay Rate: $19/hour

Key Responsibilities:
Process and review weekly payroll for accuracy and completeness.
Approve Payroll Action Requests (PARs) submitted by staffing agencies.
Generate weekly and monthly payroll cost reports for accounting.
Review and validate federal and multi-state tax filings.
Assist with payroll issue resolution and support distribution center payroll teams.
Serve as a backup for the Admin Payroll Administrator as needed.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Comfortable handling a high volume of phone and email inquiries.
Understanding of payroll processing systems;knowledge of Paychex is a plus.
Associate degree in Business or related field preferred.
Work Environment:
8-hour day shifts, Monday to Friday
Occasional weekend availability may be required
