Bookkeeper

Bookkeeper Nashville, TN (Near Charlotte Ave) Pay: $55K-$65K DOE Maintain and reconcile financial records using QuickBooks Online Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Assist with month-end close, reporting, and financial documentation Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and transactions Support and utilize operational systems, including Jobber (preferred) Collaborate with internal teams to improve and streamline accounting processes Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing environment Work closely with leadership to support overall financial operations Qualifications: 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience Experience with QuickBooks Online required Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills Experience with Jobber or Yardi is a plus High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Additional Details: Primarily in-office; potential for 1 day/week remote once established 32-40 hours per week; minimal overtime Permanent opportunity with growth potential Benefits include PTO, health insurance, and future 401(k) Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
