Position: Accounting Clerk

Description:

American Staffing is currently looking for a Temp Accounting Clerk

Job duties to include, but not limited to

Reconcile accounts,

maintain ledgers,

and resolve discrepancies.

Prepare financial statements,

reports, and journal entries.

Assist with audits budgets,

and state financial reporting.

Process payroll,

monitor vouchers, and ensure proper fund disbursement.

Reconcile grants,

track fixed tasks. assets, and complete year-end reporting.

Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all financial accounts
