About the Role

This position is a senior level IT auditor able to lead IT audits. Responsible for the supervision and execution of IT audit work programs. Plans, executes and reports on audit results within established time frames and budgeted hours.

What You'll Do

- Develops IT audit scope and work programs

- Executes IT audit testing and may oversee work of staff auditors

- Provides guidance and critiques SOX 404 work products

- Documents audit test results in accordance with audit policies and procedures.

- Identifies, develops and documents control issues

- Interviews and gathers information from management regarding the process being audited

- Documents procedures, work flows, etc.

- Assists the lead auditor or manager in executing the IT audit

- Documents the IT audit results and issues as part of the audit report.

- Establishes buy in/agreement with amangement by thoroughly working through issues.

- Offers value-added recommendations to management on internal controls.

What You Bring

Education/Experience:

-Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, Information Technology major preferred

-2+ years prior IT Audit experience

Additional licensing, certifications, registrations:

- CISA preferred

Knowledge:

- Working knowledge of audit and control concepts, including application and general computer controls

Skills and Abilities:

- Analytical thinking, strong verbal and written communication skills

Salary Range:

$87,300 - $119,070

This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. This range has been created in good faith based on information known to Horizon at the time of posting. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case.
