Poste et missions
Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking is a major global financial institution, with a network of subsidiaries and offices in Europe, Asia, the Americas, and the Middle East. It offers advisory, investment banking, financing, corporate banking, and capital markets services to companies, financial institutions, financial sponsors, and sovereign and supranational organizations worldwide.
Tasks:
Follow the day-to-day accounting processes required for the proper functioning of the branch.
Collaborate with the various departments to ensure the smooth operation of the branch.
Perform reconciliations, analyses and controls of the general ledger, including fixed asset register checks and expense monitoring.
Support the preparation and management of internal corporate reporting.
Work with the Finance team on the preparation and production of all regulatory returns to the competent authorities and the reporting packages to the parent company.
Liaise with internal and external auditors and with the reporting and accounting departments at head office.
Perform any other duties as required by the Supervisor..
Profil et competences requises
Qualifications:
- Education: degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics. A diploma from a technical commercial institute will be considered an asset.
- Languages: fluent Italian and English (written and spoken); knowledge of French is considered a plus.
Tecnhnical skills:
- Solid knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping (mandatory).
- IT skills: good command of MS Office tools, particularly Excel.

- Strong willingness to learn and ability to feel comfortable when facing challenges.
