Responsibilities
Maintain accurate books in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Manage Accounts Payable (AP): vendor bills, coding, payments
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR): invoices, payments, customer follow-ups
Assist with recurring invoicing + project billing
Support monthly reporting: P&L, balance sheet, AR/AP aging
Help coordinate with CPA for month-end and year-end needs
Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)
Prior work in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
Experience with Autotask PSA (ticketing / agreements / billing workflows)
Familiarity with third-party billing or payment platforms (e.g., Alternative Payments)
Experience supporting recurring revenue (MRR) billing models
Requirements
3+ years bookkeeping/accounting experience
Strong QuickBooks proficiency
Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism
