Full Job Description AFC Urgent Care is the nation's leading provider of urgent care and among the most respected names in Healthcare. AFC Urgent Care operates more than 200 clinics nationally, caring for 2 million patients a year.
We are seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable (A/R) Representative with spoken and written bilingual fluency in English and Spanish to assist with the collection of outstanding accounts for six San Diego area locations and one location in Granada Hills.
Key functions include conducting collection calls, posting payments, and diplomatically resolving patient billing issues. The position may also provide administrative support to the Administrative Manager as needed.
- Must be a quick study, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Exceptional customer service, phone communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to interpret and communicate patient account balances and payment postings.
- Medical insurance billing knowledge is a plus.
Requirements include:
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- Possess exceptional customer service skills
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Understanding of the concepts of universal precautions, HIPAA, and OSHA.
- Minimum one (1) year of Accounts Receivable and collections experience.

Work Remotely: No Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
