Seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee accounting, payroll, and financial operations for a major live entertainment and venue operation. This role combines hands-on accounting with leadership responsibilities and requires strong organizational, analytical, and supervisory skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cost analyses.

• Maintain general ledger, reconciliations, and accurate accounting records.

• Manage payroll, HR reporting, and compliance with state/federal regulations.

• Oversee cash flow, event settlements, and bank reconciliations.

• Lead accounting processes for food, beverage, and facility operations.

• Support audits and implement recommended improvements.

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Accounting or Finance.

• 35 years of general accounting experience.

• Proficiency with accounting software, Excel, and payroll systems.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, attention to detail, and supervisory skills.
