Salary: $90K–$120K DOE
Location: Olympia or Tacoma, WA (onsite, 5 days per week)

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and review a wide variety of returns (individual, trusts/estates, small business, etc.)
• Collaborate with clients to provide expert tax guidance and planning
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to the growth of the practice

What We’re Looking For:

• Active CPA or EA license
• 4+ years of overall tax experience
• Ability to work onsite in Olympia or Tacoma, WA
• Strong communication and client service skills
