The Payroll Process Manager will oversee the seamless integration of new business requirements from Ventures and Acquisitions (V&A) activity and other payroll related projects into existing payroll operations. They must possess a strong understanding of the full payroll lifecycle in a complex and high-volume environment ensuring rules governing acquisitions are met in US and Canada geographies. They must be Committed to maintaining high-quality standards to ensure a premier employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Partners with other team members to gain an understanding of deal details to assess best practice integration to existing processes
Develops new or revised approaches as needed but always seeking to maintain adherence to company standards wherever possible
Documents, training and transitioning work to appropriate teams
Assists in creating dashboards to track activities and progress
Maintains strong communication channels among payroll sub-teams
Qualification
What You Need:
Minimum of 7 years' Payroll experience - in US and Canada
Minimum of 5 years' Project Management experience
Minimum of 5 years' Dayforce Functional experience
Preferred Skills:
Deep knowledge in all aspects of payroll administration in a complex, high volume, multi-national environment
Working knowledge of the Dayforce platform
Experience in payroll transformation from ventures and acquisitions
Proficiency with MS Office Suite - Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Professional Skills:
Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Well-organized, able to prioritize work, meet deadlines, attention to detail, and works well under pressure
Strong communication skills both written and verbal to support training initiatives and documentation requirements
Strong collaboration skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
