Assistant Director of Finance

About the Role:

Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll balance hands-on accounting with high-level financial analysis. The position covers areas like reviewing departmental results, assessing margins, and supporting audits, budgets, and forecasting projects across multiple entities.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide oversight and analysis of departmental financial performance.

• Support compliance, reporting, and the annual audit process.

• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

• Partner with leadership on special projects to improve financial insights.

• $115K–$130K base salary (flexible for the right fit).
