About the Company
Our client is a security services provider. They are looking for a Director of Finance to join their team and work closely to support the CFO and Senior Leadership/ Board of Directors.

• As the Director of Finance, youll be responsible for building and maintaining a strong financial infrastructure, leading a team that delivers accurate, timely, and reliable reporting
• You will oversee IFRS reporting and disclosure requirements, manage audits and compliance functions, and ensure systems and controls are in place
• Working closely with the CFO, you will contribute to financial strategy, provide clear insights to executives and the Board

• Senior finance leadership experience (Director of Finance, or equivalent) in a publicly traded company, with a CPA designation.

Salary Range
$150,000 - $160,000/year
