This position offers a base hourly range of $25.34- $46.08 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance.

OVERVIEW

Provide a variety of analytical and support services in designing, implementing, evaluating, and administrating the companies store and corporate compensation programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)

1. Ensure market competitiveness by managing systems that track corporate and store compensation against the organization’s Compensation Philosophy, helping attract and retain top talent.
2. Strengthen pay positioning through active participation in compensation surveys, providing data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions.
3. Enhance decision-making by developing and maintaining reporting tools (e.g., compa-ratio, range penetration, pay equity) that deliver actionable compensation metrics.
4. Promote fairness and consistency by conducting periodic audits of store pay practices, ensuring alignment with policy and equity standards.
5. Safeguard compliance by maintaining deep knowledge of company policies and staying ahead of evolving federal, state, and local compensation regulations.
6. Drive informed financial planning by modeling the cost and business impact of potential corporate and store pay changes.
7. Identify and address pay gaps by analyzing trends and recommending targeted solutions to strengthen equity and competitiveness.
8. Deliver timely insights through ad hoc analyses and cross-functional project participation, contributing to strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS

(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field required

Experience
• Minimum three years’ relevant experience in compensation, statistics or related field required.
• Knowledge of government regulations related to compensation (FLSA, etc.) required.
• Moderate knowledge and proficiency with Excel required.
• Experience with HRMS software (UKG, Success Factors) preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of compensation practices & equity packages preferred.
