Lower Lights Christian Health Center (LLCHC) transforms the overall health of Central Ohio, serving one individual at a time. We are focused on whole-person wellness, available to ALL in Central Ohio who need it, regardless of ability to pay! In 2019 alone, we served over 12,000 patients - with 40% being uninsured - and totaled 50,000+ medical encounters!
Operating out of seven locations, we offer medical care (primary care, dental, vision, OB/GYN, telehealth), behavioral health care, 340B pharmacy, nutritional assistance programs, and more. Working hours are Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday morning coverage.
SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for performing financial and business analysis related to LLCHC's operations. This includes analysis of healthcare reimbursement, managed care, cash flow projections, patient and contract receivables, forecasting, and other projects interpreting and analyzing financial and accounting data for management decisions. This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in the preparation of annual budgets, incorporating economic trends and operational effectiveness
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, scenario planning, and long-term planning.
- Assist the accounting staff in the preparation and processing of monthly accounting transactions when necessary.
- Partner with the Accounting Manager in the preparation of monthly financial reporting including variance and financial statement analysis and clearly communicate a cohesive and concise story around the contract drivers, financial data and potential implications on future results.

- Participate in financial and operational meetings.
- Assist the Billing Manager with aligning billing projections with organizational budgets and financial goals.
- Design reports in OCHIN EPIC needed by the Billing and Accounting Managers.
- Track and analyze the full revenue cycle (charges, claims, collections).
- Support forecasting of patient revenue and reimbursement.
- Analyze revenue and cost data related to 340B drug purchases and dispensing.
- Identify FP&A systems, tools, and processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations that drive growth and efficiency

Qualifications
BA/BS in finance or accounting required
Minimum of 5 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in a healthcare or an FQHC environment.
Familiarity with accounting principles.
Experience with OCHIN EPIC including reporting tools is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and managed care experience is highly desirable.
Knowledge of FQHC financial and regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., UDS, cost reports) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) a plus.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
