As a Senior Staff Accountant, you will specialize in accounting for service and product transactions using Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
YOUR IMPACTThe essential functions of this position include:
- Prepare standard and specialized financial reports (e.g., balance sheets, income statements) according to generally accepted accounting procedures
- Record income and associated expenses
- Perform complex financial analyses to summarize current and projected company financial position
- Recommend methods and procedures to improve accounting processes. Operates under minimal supervision
- May provide work direction or technical assistance to less experienced accounting staff
- 40% Prepare various financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, etc.
- 20% Perform financial analyses and makes recommendations for the management of financial resources
- 20% Check journal vouchers and financial reports for accuracy
- 10% Recommend methods and procedures to improve the functioning of the accounting area
- 10% Work closely with personnel in other departments to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or business (with an accounting emphasis) or equivalent experience
- Requires a minimum of three years of experience with no less then 1 year working with services revenues
- Written communication skills essential
- Ability to work well with others

- Specialized in service revenue accounting
The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $50,000 and $75,000 annually. The final base salary offered will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, depth of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, our compensation package may include other components such as commissions and discretionary bonuses.
