Compensation

$115,000-$125,000 + annual bonus

What You'll Be Doing

Lead and manage all plant-level accounting functions

Maintain general ledger and oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close

Supervise AP functions and collaborate with corporate accounting

Reconcile accounts, manage cash flow reporting, and ensure documentation accuracy

Support internal and external audits

Occasionally step onto the plant floor

What You'll Need to be Considered

5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory experience

Experience working in a manufacturing or plant environment

CPA credential (preferred but not required)

Proficiency with Oracle JD Edwards

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities
