Key Responsibilities : Preparation of quarter end reporting for audit committee preparation Ensure data coming from source systems is accurately reported at product and customer level Generate reports and analysis to support management and business unit queries Exception reporting and analysis of reporting data (customer reviews, data quality) and prepare correction as needed Super user and train new users on reporting system Ensure acquisition bookings and revenue are properly reported (product setup, journal entries etc) Perform UAT on system enhancements impacting reporting data (CPM, NGA, SAP) Review product level data and prepare reclass and allocations of the data thru correction files Transition to new reporting system, providing requirements and performing UAT testing Position Requirements: Degree in Accounting or Finance; a CPA or MBA will benefit the ideal candidate. 7-10 years of experience in finance Prior experience with technology industry Extensive knowledge of Excel and ability to quickly learn new financial applications and systems. Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate across many levels of the organization. Proven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines and to manage multiple projects The annual salary range for California is $144,200 to $267,800. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
