How You'll Make an Impact
Here are some of the ways you'll contribute to our mission:
Financial Reporting Excellence: Prepare, analyze, and ensure the accuracy of local financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Deliver insights to management to drive informed business decisions.
Business Partnership: Serve as a key financial advisor to business units, understanding their needs and objectives, and providing actionable financial analysis and recommendations to support their strategic goals.
Problem Solving and Analysis: Identify financial issues, trends, and discrepancies, and work collaboratively to develop effective solutions. Use analytical skills to address complex financial matters and optimize financial outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with departments such as operations, sales, and management to provide financial insights that drive business performance and ensure alignment with overall financial goals.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate accounting processes and systems, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and automation.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the development and refinement of budgets and forecasts, actively participating in reviews and providing variance analysis and actionable insights.
The Ideal Profile: Is This You?
Here's what helps people succeed in this role:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
1-3 years of accounting experience (internships and full-time)
Foundational understanding of GAAP and internal control
Strong Excel skills; ERP experience (e.g., NetSuite or Dynamics 365) is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Strong problem-solving instincts and resourcefulness
Go-getter attitude with a bias for action and learning
Ability to work cross-functionally, communicate clearly, and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
