The Key Account Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing the service delivery activities for Institutional Clients. Acting as an advocate for both Broadridge and the client, this role maintains the highest level of client contact to cultivate and sustain strong, positive relationships. The Key Account Specialist will handle complex client issues, lead strategic conversations, resolve escalations, and drive overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and deepen exceptional relationships with key Institutional clients, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Strategic Business Reviews:
    • Plan and execute strategic account reviews and discussions, incorporating contract acumen, business opportunities, and value-driven insights.
  • Client Change Implementation:
    • Coordinate with clients and cross-functional Broadridge teams to implement requested client changes in services, processes, or deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Engage in professional discussions at both peer and senior executive levels within client organizations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a client service, account management, or related financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of project management and contract process management
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence others across functions and seniority levels
  • Advanced analytical and process management capabilities
  • Solid financial acumen with the ability to understand and discuss complex financial products and services
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and meeting tight deadlines

Salary range $80,000.00- $85,000.00 USD. Bonus Eligible.
