1. Demonstrate brand promise to all customers.
2. Handle all computer accounting from journal entries through to bank
3. reconciliations and financial statements.
4. Handle and computer accounts payable functions, matching of incoming
5. invoices with companys purchase orders and packing slips, posting to journals
6. and issuing checks.
7. Control cash flow, keeping principals informed of check issue against current
8. bank positions.
9. Generate the monthly computer invoicing for all service and supply sales of the
10. company.
11. Complete all forms and government reporting and Workers Compensation and
12. remit appropriate funds on the due dates.
13. 7. Provide monthly consolidated financial statements.
14. 8. Complete the payroll operation of the company.
15. 9. Ensure that the company has adequate insurance coverage in all facets (i.e.
16. vehicle, bonding, public liability, premises, and group).
