Title: Manager, Vendor Partnerships
Location: New York City | 4x a week in office

Overview:
A fast-growing data & technology firm is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Manager to lead strategic partnership efforts across key vendor categories including desktop workstations, expert networks, private company data, and technology.

This high-impact role involves building out external vendor-facing capabilities within the Data & Technology business. The Partnerships Manager will serve as the primary liaison to the vendor community, driving mutual value, operational efficiency, and enhanced client experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with market data and technology vendors
  • Align deals with client needs, securing favorable pricing, terms, and efficiencies
  • Collaborate with vendors to identify opportunities for mutual growth
  • Partner with internal teams (procurement, legal, client management) to structure scalable agreements
  • Monitor performance and expand high-impact partnerships
  • Own relationship management and maintain partner materials (term sheets, pitch decks, dashboards)
  • Represent the company in vendor meetings and industry events

Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years of experience in partnerships, M&A, or commercial relationship management
  • Proven success in building and scaling B2B partnerships, ideally in financial services
  • Skilled in complex negotiations and long-term relationship management
  • Strong project management and cross-functional execution abilities
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
