Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Business Execution Consultant (Accounts Payable and Cash Flow) position. Title: Business Execution Consultant (Accounts Payable and Cash Flow). Position type: Full-time/Contract. Duration: 12 Months with possible extensions. Location: Charlotte, NC(Hybrid). As a Business Execution Consultant (Accounts Payable and Cash Flow), you will:Process financial transactions including wire disbursements, check issuance, and general ledger entries.Support document management activities such as mail processing, reconveyance documentation, and uncollected collateral tracking.Assist with processing financial advances and maintaining accurate records in compliance with internal controls.Review and resolve basic operational issues by applying defined procedures and policies.Provide timely and accurate information to internal client personnel within Business Execution.Collaborate with team members to support low-risk tasks and deliverables with a narrow business impact.Utilize Microsoft Excel for spreadsheet navigation and reporting; convert and manage documents using Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Word.Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have:Experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning (Experience may include work, consulting, training, military service, or education).Familiarity with cash flow, accounts payable, or financial operations in a large business environment.Understanding of reconveyance fees, UCC filings, and basic accounting principles.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) and Adobe Acrobat.
