What You'll Do:
Oversee and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns
Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional service throughout the engagement lifecycle
Supervise and mentor tax staff and seniors; assist in their professional development
Provide strategic tax planning and guidance to clients across industries
Collaborate with firm leadership on growth initiatives and internal process improvement
What We're Looking For:
CPA Certification
7-10 years of public accounting experience (Tax)
Strong leadership, client service, and team development skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to deliver technical insights clearly and effectively to clients and internal teams
