About the Role:As a Sales Representative, you will serve as the connection between our company and customers, providing valuable benefits solutions. We offer a structured career path, with opportunities for advancement into management within 60-90 days, based on performance.
No cold calling or soliciting required -our public relations team works with over 44,000 groups across North America to provide pre-qualified leads.
Compensation & Benefits:Paid weekly (1st year average: $70,000 - $75,000 )
Bonuses based on performance

Engage with clients to assess their needs and provide appropriate benefits solutions.
Maintain transparency and honesty in all client interactions.
Develop and refine sales skills through company-provided training.

Work closely with the team to achieve company objectives
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Basic computer proficiency.
Positive, outgoing personality with a strong work ethic.
Ability to take direction and apply coaching feedback.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Must pass a background check.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
