About the Role:

As a Sales Representative, you will serve as the connection between our company and customers, providing valuable benefits solutions. We offer a structured career path, with opportunities for advancement into management within 60-90 days, based on performance.

No cold calling or soliciting required -our public relations team works with over 44,000 groups across North America to provide pre-qualified leads.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Paid weekly (1st year average: $70,000 - $75,000 )

  • Bonuses based on performance

  • Health insurance reimbursement

  • Full training provided - No experience necessary!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to assess their needs and provide appropriate benefits solutions.
