Congressional Country Club is seeking an Accounting Manager (Accounts Receivable) to lead our A/R function and support the financial heartbeat of the Club. This role oversees three direct reports and ensures that all day-to-day A/R processes run smoothly, while also delivering outstanding service to our members on billing inquiries. Reporting to the Chief Business Officer, this position works closely with the Membership team and the Director of Reporting & Analytics.

What will be expected of you:
- Lead all Accounts Receivable operations, including daily transaction processing, point-of-sale closings, and manual uploads
- Provide exceptional service in responding to Member billing inquiries
- Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate and timely billing
- Train and mentor both new and current team members
- Develop and maintain clear, accurate, and efficient A/R processes
- Oversee the generation and delivery of monthly Member statements
- Monitor and follow up on delinquent accounts to maintain current receivables
- Support the Chief Business Officer, Director of Reporting & Analytics, and department leaders with financial analysis and budgeting as needed
- Opportunity for growth into overseeing Accounts Payable and bank reconciliations within 12-18 months

How do we determine your qualifications?
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 4-6 years of accounting experience; full-cycle accounting preferred
- Demonstrated customer service skills and strong interpersonal communication
- High attention to detail, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
- Experience in hospitality or private club environments is a plus
