Job Description
Position Title: Administrative and Accounting Assistant
Reports to: Financial Analyst
Salary: $60,000 per year
Requirements: Hybrid (Mon-Thur office; Fri work from home)
Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday
Dress Code: Business casual

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Associates Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Completion of college-level accounting courses.
Abilities: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word & Excel. Computation/arithmetic ability. Reasoning/problem-solving ability. Accounting skills. Ability to handle details with accuracy. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to follow rules and procedures. Written communication skills.
Experience: Experience w/ RealPage multi-family housing software is highly desired; Previous full-time office role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect and organize invoices from various departments and vendors
- Enter invoice information accurately into our accounting system
- Process payments by printing and scanning checks
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial documents
- Mail processing and supplies requisition
- Make travel arrangements/reservations
- Document scanning and archiving
- Assist with other administrative and accounting tasks as needed
