JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• BS degree in Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A/R and A/P
• GAAP knowledge
• Knowledge of ERP Software; Syspro a plus.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Reconcile General Ledger accounts.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP.
• Perform account reconciliations, including general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
• Utilize accounting software and ERP systems for financial reporting and analysis.
• Support monthly, quarterly, half-year, and year-end financial closes, including assigned journal entries, balance-sheet account reconciliations, accruals, and overall maintenance of operational management accounts.
• Full understanding of cash flow projections.
• Maintain inventory costs within the system.
• Apply accounting policies and principles to properly record, report and maintain financial data.
• Assists with special projects and analysis as requested.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
