• HM needs to see min of 5 yrs of applicable experience
• Experience with SAP is a must have; should be able to understand and process invoices in SAP & Ariba
• Must be able to work in a fast paced & deadline-oriented environment
• Position is fully onsite in Austin, must be local candidate.
• Must be proficient using Excel

Position Summary
Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for invoice processing

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine accounting functions such as filing invoices, vouchers, routine data entry, expense reports, and assisting in the balancing and reconciling of various accounts
• Assist accounting staff in processing accounts payable.
• Work with peers and managers to perform a variety of functions that classify charges, prepare statements and reports, and balance accounts

Qualifications

• 5 + years accounting experience, specifically invoice processing
• Skilled in basic computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, or comparable programs
• Ability to operate 10-key by touch
• Ability to organize and prioritize work to complete assigned task on schedule
• Strong interpersonal skills
