Accounts Payable Clerk

Level Commercial, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team in Houston, TX.

In this position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely payments to vendors, contractors, as well as handle bank reconciliations, employee reimbursements and other special accounting requests.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Process and review invoices for accuracy
• Prepare and perform check and ACH payments
• Reconcile bank and vendor statements
• Assist with month-end close procedures
• Generate financial reports

Required Skills:

• Experience with full cycle accounts payable
• Knowledge of balance sheets and financial statements
• Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Ability to perform account reconciliations
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks required)
• Proficiency in ProCore and other construction software is preferred
