Property Accountant

A long-established private equity real estate investment firm with over 40 years in the industry is seeking an experienced Property Accountant to join its finance team in Beverly, MA. With a proven track record of acquiring and managing value-add commercial real estate properties and related operating businesses, assets exceed $4 billion.  

You will play a key role overseeing a dedicated commercial portfolio of approximately 7-10 properties, responsible for full cycle property accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, as well as budgeting and analysis.

What We're Looking For:

• Someone with extensive experience and deep understanding of real estate financial operations and/or fund management OR;
• Someone with 1+ years of experience with solid foundational experience in property accounting, demonstrating a strong grasp of core accounting principles and a desire to learn and grow
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Proficiency in real estate accounting software (e.g., Yardi, MRI). Yardi Voyager
