Salary: $55-60K

What your future day will look like:

• Invoice & Payment Management Generate time/material invoices, post payments, and reconcile accounts while tracking receivables.
• Job Costing Oversight Allocate labor/materials to jobs, verify billing accuracy, and collaborate with project teams.
• Accounts Payable- Managing every internal PO and credit card transaction and matching it with job costing.
• Accounts Receivable strong understanding of full revenue cycle.
• Work closely with technicians in getting detailed information pre and post project.
• Manage and schedule maintenance contracts.
• Manage and maintain fleet maintenance records on advanced excel spreadsheets.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Experience with construction accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Foundation, or similar)
• Knowledge of job costing principles and project billing cycles
• Prior experience in a construction, service, or maintenance company
• Proven experience in accounts receivable, billing, or administrative roles (preferably in construction or service industries)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data entry)
