Automotive Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk

Herb Chambers Land Rover of Sudbury is looking for a qualified Accounts Payable/Receivables Clerk to join the team!

Responsibilities:

• Automotive experience preferred
• CDK experience preferred we will train the right candidate
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Process daily cash deposit
• Post daily AP invoices/ cut weekly and monthly checks for all invoices
• Receipt in daily all incoming AR checks
• Run monthly customer statements
• Reconcile and balance all incoming vendor statements
• Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks

• Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform
• Strong communication skills
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and with a team
• Accounting degree (preferred, not required)
• Have AR/AP experience in automotive dealership (preferred, not required)
• Attedance is an essential job function for this position
• Enjoy working in fast paced environment
• Must be accurate with math and numbers.
