Accountant II

Swiss Management is seeking an experienced Accountant II to join our team in Stephenville, TX 76401. As an integral part of our accounting department, you will be responsible for a variety of financial tasks including journal entries, financial statements, balance sheets, and more.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements
• Perform month-end close procedures
• Conduct account reconciliations
• Utilize accounting software to maintain accurate records
• Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Full Cycle Accounts Payable
• Depreciation
• Corporate Tax
• 1099 Forms

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
2. Experience with internal controls and financial reporting
3. Proficiency in Quickbooks, and willing to learn other systems
4. Five years experiance preferred
