Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual (Spanish) bookkeeper to support our financial operations in a nonprofit setting. This role involves managing financial records, assisting with the creation and submission of tax returns, and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements. Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office. Key Responsibilities: Track expenses, process payments, and reconcile accounts, Support budgeting and financial reporting efforts for the organization, Collaborate with leadership and external accountants to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
