Accounts Payable Clerk (Hybrid)
Location: Hybrid (Calabasas to Santa Barbara, CA)

We're looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join a growing organization. This hybrid role allows for a mix of remote and on-site work within the Calabasas to Santa Barbara region, offering flexibility and a great work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices and manage payment schedules
Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate recordkeeping
Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
Communicate with vendors and resolve any discrepancies
Maintain filing systems for invoices and supporting documentation
Provide general administrative support to the accounting team
Ideal Candidate:
2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and Excel
Strong communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
