As we expand, we are seeking an experienced Controller to lead our financial operations and ensure strong internal controls and compliance across the organization.

• Lead all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and month-end close

• Manage internal and external financial reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP and industry regulations

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting

• Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making

• Work closely with auditors, tax advisors, and other external partners during audits and tax filings

• Manage and mentor accounting team members to support department growth and development

• Support inventory accounting and cost of goods sold (COGS) analysis in coordination with manufacturing and supply chain teams

• Stay current on industry trends, accounting standards, and regulatory changes relevant to the pharmaceutical industry
