Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead financial planning and analysis for our Transmission Business Development team. This role will be pivotal in driving strategic financial decisions, optimizing resource allocation, and supporting the growth initiatives of our transmission projects.
What You'll Do:
- Financial Planning & Analysis : Develop and oversee financial models and forecasts to support business development strategies and investment decisions.
- Budget Management : Prepare and manage the annual budget for transmission projects, ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals.
- Investment Evaluation : Conduct detailed financial analyses of potential transmission projects, including cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and return on investment calculations.
- Collaboration : Work closely with project managers, engineering teams, and senior leadership to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
- Reporting : Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Compliance : Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to transmission projects.
What We're Looking For:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, economics or related business administration field required.
Experience : Ten (10) years of experience in finance-related roles. Minimum Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
