Now they’re looking for an Accounting & Tax Manager to step into a key leadership role supporting small businesses with proactive, relationship-driven accounting and tax services.
What You’ll Do
Manage monthly accounting and tax processes for a portfolio of small business clients
Serve as a strategic advisor and main point of contact for client communication
Ensure accurate financials and timely tax filings while identifying ways to add value
Mentor and develop team members across tax and accounting functions
Collaborate internally to improve workflows and drive smart use of technology
Contribute to a people-first culture where results and relationships matter

What You Bring
CPA or EA preferred, or equivalent tax and accounting leadership experience
At least 5 years in public accounting, ideally with small business clients
Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax compliance, and advisory best practices
Leadership experience with a proven ability to develop talent
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms like QuickBooks Online or Xero
