Now they’re looking for an Accounting & Tax Manager to step into a key leadership role supporting small businesses with proactive, relationship-driven accounting and tax services.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage monthly accounting and tax processes for a portfolio of small business clients

  • Serve as a strategic advisor and main point of contact for client communication

  • Ensure accurate financials and timely tax filings while identifying ways to add value

  • Mentor and develop team members across tax and accounting functions

  • Collaborate internally to improve workflows and drive smart use of technology

  • Contribute to a people-first culture where results and relationships matter

What You Bring

  • CPA or EA preferred, or equivalent tax and accounting leadership experience

  • At least 5 years in public accounting, ideally with small business clients

  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax compliance, and advisory best practices

  • Leadership experience with a proven ability to develop talent

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms like QuickBooks Online or Xero
