Manage daily accounting operations, including transaction processing, general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations. Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance. Review and reconcile financial data to maintain integrity and accuracy. Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making. Maintain and reconcile fixed assets schedules. Assist with audits and prepare the necessary documentation. Support payroll processing and Union reporting. Conduct bank & balance sheet reconciliations. Who We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance 3-5 years of accounting experience with a focus on financial reporting and analysis Construction industry experience preferred. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and auditing procedures Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. Preference for candidates with experience in Foundation software.
