Job Title: International Tax Manager
Compensation: $115,000 $160,000 base salary + Bonus + Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)

Job Overview: Were seeking an experienced International Tax Manager to join a high-performing Tax team at a global technology leader. In this role, you will be responsible for key aspects of U.S. international tax compliance and provision, while also managing tax matters across selected foreign jurisdictions. Youll partner closely with external advisors and internal stakeholders to ensure global tax compliance, optimize tax positions, and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and/or review the international components of quarterly and annual income tax provisions (ASC 740), including BEAT, GILTI, Subpart F, FDII, E&P, FTC, and FIN 48.
  • Support co-sourced providers with preparation of U.S. international tax filings, including Forms 1118, 5471, 8858, and 8865.
  • Review and manage the Country-by-Country Report (CbCR) and related notifications.
  • Assist with Pillar II quarterly safe-harbor calculations and contribute to GloBE implementation strategy.
  • Oversee foreign vendor withholding tax processes, including certificate reviews, remittances, and annual Form 1042 filings.
  • Manage local income tax compliance, indirect tax issues, and other international tax matters in designated foreign jurisdictions, in collaboration with external service providers.
  • Monitor international tax law developments and assess their impact on the company.
  • Conduct technical research and draft documentation to support tax positions and planning initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably with Big 4 or top-tier public accounting firm focused on U.S. international tax.
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required; Masters in Taxation or J.D. with international tax specialization strongly preferred.
  • CPA certification highly encouraged.
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. international tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills, along with advanced Excel modeling capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
