We're seeking a Senior Accountant who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is eager to play a key role in shaping the financial operations of a well-established international company backed by a respected private equity firm.

What You'll Do:
As part of a lean and high-impact finance team, you'll:
Support the monthly close process, including journal entries and reconciliations
Prepare monthly financial packages and variance analyses
Handle daily treasury and cash reporting activities
Collaborate with HR for payroll-related postings and commissions
Assist with audit prep and improve accounting processes
Take on special projects and process enhancements
What You Bring:
B.S. / B.A. in Accounting required; CPA or MBA preferred
2-5 years of accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)
Proficiency in US GAAP and ERP systems (Oracle JDE a big plus)
Experience at a global accounting firm (Big 4 a plus)
Strong analytical skills, deadline-driven, and team-oriented
